Existing Polyester/Vinylesters resins and Glass fibres can be used.

Enhancements are:-

1. High Speed Cure with low exotherms – typical 6 seconds, 12 seconds for 25mm
2. Lighter, stiffer than existing Glass Reinforced Composites.
3. Can be used with conventional tooling or using the much simpler, cheaper and quicker Nuvex process
4. The optimum quality of cure – most resins require post curing which is not practical and ever attained.
5. Nuvex unique curing process results exceed manufacturer’s figures.
6. The Nuvex process generates little heat, no internal cracking and weakening.
7. No internal stress due to excessive exotherms.
8. No residual styrene.
9. Good retention over time of part rigidity and long term stability, no bowing, buckling, age hardening or enbrittlement.
10. High impact and compression strength is improved along with torsional stiffness.
11. Higher thermal resistance, low heat transference and high heat stability.
12. Lower Linear Expansion coefficient.
13. Excellent process ability.
14. Excellent part finish.
15. Stands extremes of weather without degradation.

Grades:
